SHINE is recruiting for a new Head of Operations to join the charity at an exciting and important stage of its growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a special charity at a pivotal point in its organisational journey. Working as part of our small, energetic team, the Head of Operations will work closely with the CEO and Trustees to strengthen organisational resilience, improve efficiency, manage risk and support the delivery of high-quality work across SHINE.

We’re looking for someone with significant experience in operations who is passionate about making a tangible difference to education. The role would suit someone who enjoys working across both strategy and practical delivery, and who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day brings something different.

Above all, we’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated person who shares SHINE’s commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people.

What happens next?

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by Wednesday 16 September, with interviews taking place on Thursday 24 September. Candidates will also be asked to complete a task in advance of the interview.
