Colin Hegarty and his co-founder Brian Arnold applied to our Let Teachers SHINE competition in 2012. Their project, HegartyMaths, is a maths tutorial website that aims to give every child free access to world-class maths teaching, no matter what their background, economic position or attitude towards maths.

SHINE has been supporting HegartyMaths over the last four years to grow and expand their work, and now as a result of that expansion, they are recruiting a Business Manager into their team.

They are looking for someone with impeccable organisational skills and the entrepreneurial spirit required to help them manage their phenomenal expansion into schools. The ideal candidate will help the team to develop and implement procedures and processes to ensure the smooth running of our fast moving and innovative business.
