Invitation to tender: learning programme for SHINE-funded project leads
SHINE is seeking an experienced partner to design and deliver a two-year learning programme that will support teachers leading SHINE-funded innovation projects.
Our project leads are developing ambitious ideas to improve educational outcomes for children from disadvantaged backgrounds across the North of England. We are looking for a partner who can help them build the skills, confidence and networks they need to take their projects from early-stage ideas through to sustainable, scalable programmes.
The successful partner will design a learning programme that strengthens leadership, project management, evaluation, collaboration and reflective practice, while creating opportunities for peer learning and connections beyond the SHINE network.
We are particularly interested in hearing from organisations with experience of supporting social entrepreneurs, founders or early-stage innovations to grow and scale, alongside a strong understanding of collaborative learning and, ideally, the education sector.
The programme is expected to begin in September 2027, with a budget of up to £60,000 over two years. Proposals should be submitted by 30 October 2026.
For full details of the opportunity, including the programme scope, eligibility, evaluation criteria and submission requirements, please download the Invitation to Tender here.
